Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement
By using the Lesel Buildworks client portal, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the portal.
2. Services
The portal helps clients create and manage project records, upload documents, schedule site visits, and track project updates and payments.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Information you submit must be accurate and up to date.
4. Payments
Payments processed through the portal are handled by approved third party payment providers. You authorize Lesel Buildworks to record and reconcile payment status updates related to your project.
5. Uploaded Content
You retain ownership of the files and information you upload. You grant Lesel Buildworks a limited right to use this information to provide project services, support, and communication.
6. Acceptable Use
You must not misuse the portal, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful content, or interfere with platform operations.
7. Third-Party and Google API Services
The portal depends on third-party infrastructure and integrations, including Google Calendar API for scheduling workflows. Your use of Google-powered features is also subject to applicable Google terms and policies.
8. Availability
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, provider outages, and technical issues may affect portal availability.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Lesel Buildworks is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the portal.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the portal after updates means you accept the revised terms.
